RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — PRINT-ON-DEMAND MERCHANDISE

Each item is made exclusively for you upon ordering, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:​

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please take the following steps:

 

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@tourdefierce.vip.
2. Provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

3. If your request is approved, we will provide a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.​

LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking shows no delivery within 30 days (international from the United States) or 15 days (domestic within the United States) from the shipping date, contact us at  contact@tourdefierce.vip for assistance.

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

Orders begin processing immediately after purchase, so cancellations or modifications may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before checkout.​

REFUNDS

Refunds are only granted if:

  • The item is defective or incorrect and a replacement is not possible.

  • The order is lost in transit with no confirmed delivery.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

 

​LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

​If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@tourdefierce.vip.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)​

Our designs are printed on demand, so for this reason, we will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged, so make sure you're deciding on the size and color perfect for you before your checkout has finished.

GIFTS​

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a e-Gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an electronic gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING​

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


CUSTOMS FEES NOTICE
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.
